The property includes two schoolhouses from 1908 and 1959, an old sheep barn, covered grill area, and an open firepit. The apartment offered for rent would be well suited to musicians (composers), researchers, or writers. The countryside and surrounding natural beauty create a peaceful environment for working.

The apartment offered for rent is the former teachers’ quarters in the newer schoolhouse, built in 1959. Approximately 80 m2, the apartment includes a living room (24m2), bedroom (19 m2), kitchen (24 m2) and entranceway (7 m2). There is a double bed (200×160 cm) located in the bedroom, with the possibility for a second bed (200×90 cm). The living room is probably the room best suited for use as a working space, since the dining table (180x90cm) can be used as a work table (there is a second dining table located in the kitchen).

The kitchen contains a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove and vacuum cleaner. The kitchen also contains utensils and other equipment for food preparation and service. The tap water is of good quality, delivered from the water cooperative of Kolkontaipale village.

There is also a full-sized, midi-equipped keyboard fitted with speakers and pedal for use by musicians. The apartment is fitted with wifi. The covered grilling area and open firepit are available for use by renters. Use of clothes washing facilities, and sauna can also be arranged.

The larger classroom of the old school building is well-suited for intimate concerts or for use as a small lecture hall. The smaller classroom located in the newer schoolhouse is presently being used by the weavers’ club of the village community school. In addition to concerts and other events, the larger classroom can also be used for recording.

The property will be rented to those who are willing and able to live independently in a small village countryside setting. No pets allowed. Smoking is forbidden inside the property.
